Courier Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after your order is processed.

Order processing time:

Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics:

• Most of our items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within 1-2 business days.
• Made-to-order items are processed within 4 business days.
  

Note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

International taxes & tariffs:

Customs duties and/or import tariffs may apply once your order reaches its destination country.

• United States: For orders shipped to the U.S., we cover all international tariffs and duties. However, applicable local taxes (e.g., state or sales tax) are not included and may still apply.
• European Union: Orders within the EU are not subject to additional duties
  
• Other Countries: For the rest of the countries outside the EU and non-US, any such fees must be paid by the addressee unless otherwise specified on the checkout page. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Where does my order ship from?

WeLinen operates fulfillment from the EU (Latvia). All of our linens are produced locally in Latvia or Lithuania, minimizing the CO2 impact of transportation. 

Actual colours may differ slightly from the images viewed on screen because of variations in computer and mobile device display capabilities.

If purchasing the same item at different times, please bear in mind that some colour variations can occur due to individual dye lots and natural variations in the cloth.
